01 · The handover
Raw, echoing, and full of decisions.
Bare render, open conduits and a long list of choices nobody has made yet. Before styling begins, we settle how you live, the budget, the structure and the services.
02 · The fit-out
One team. One drawing set. Every trade in sequence.
Lime plaster, walnut and bronze are detailed together with the services behind them, so the finish survives the site.
03 · The layers
Light is designed, not added.
Cove lines, shadow gaps and picture lights are planned as layers from the first drawing, so the house is as considered at night as it is by day.
04 · The reveal
Then, one evening, the sheets come down.
Vendors, timelines and quality checks run as one delivery system, with handover planned from day one.
