Warranty Policy
Every Ekaiva installation is built to last. We stand behind our work with a 10-year structural warranty and proactive care in the years that matter most.

What the structural warranty covers
Manufacturing defects in the board and defects in our installation workmanship — specifically delamination, edge-band or laminate coming away from the substrate, bubbling, borer, and moisture-induced bow beyond 8mm.
What it does not cover
Cosmetic wear and the avoidable: surface scratches, laminate discolouration or fading, dents and damage from impact or accident, damage from water seepage or dampness from ceilings/floors/walls/countertops, misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, and any damage from continued use of a unit that needed alignment after the offered service was deferred. A scratch must be visible from 3 feet under normal, ambient, non-directional lighting to qualify. Shutter bow within 3mm is within standard; a 10–15% laminate shade variation between production batches is inherent to manufacturing and permissible.
How we'll look after a claim
If something covered ever needs attention, we'll always try to put it right with a repair first. In the rare event a repair isn't possible, we'll replace the item with a comparable piece of equal value. Materials do evolve over time, so if a particular laminate or finish is no longer made, we'll match it as closely as we can. Throughout, we'll keep you informed and assess each case fairly on its merits.
Conditions
The warranty is non-transferable — valid for the original client at the original installation address. Defects must be reported within 7 days of being noticed. Warranty and complimentary services activate on full settlement of dues per the agreed schedule and are suspended during any period dues are overdue. Unauthorised repair by a third party voids cover on that item. Compelling us to omit quality-check steps voids cover on the affected units.
Complimentary care & service visits
Your warranty includes two complimentary visits: a proactive assessment & alignment visit at 30–45 days after handover, and one further alignment visit within 24 months. Beyond these, service visits are charged at a minimum of ₹1,500 per visit (plus the cost of any parts), raised through us.
