The project

Dermadock began as an empty shop at Raichandani Business Bay in Kokapet — Hyderabad's prime business address. We delivered the entire space turnkey, translating the design brief into a working clinic: allocating areas room by room and engineering the services behind them — electrical, HVAC, and fresh-air ventilation — all coordinated before a single finish went up. The result reads as premium care, not a hospital: soft, organic partitions and a bright marble-and-warm-wood palette, with each consultation, counselling, and procedure room a contained experience, and the brand mark carried into the architecture itself.

The project

This premium villa is built around a single confident gesture — a circular, geometric inlay medallion that grounds the living and foyer. Around it, a heritage-luxe media wall, emerald consoles, brass arched mirrors, and a patterned staircase runner give the home a collected, heritage-modern character. Storage, lighting, and circulation are folded into the design so the richness never tips into clutter.

The project

Kohinoor is a premium three-bedroom home designed entirely bespoke — every wardrobe, headboard, and panel drawn for this apartment rather than picked off a shelf. The material story is quiet and warm: travertine and walnut surfaces, brass reveals, and a recurring arch motif that ties the master suite, bedrooms, study, and living together. The kitchens are engineered for real use, with tall storage and concealed services, while each room carries its own custom feature so the home feels considered space by space.

The project

This premium 3BHK is resolved room by room, each bedroom given its own character: a serene master with a dressing mirror and study, and a livelier second bedroom built around a sports-themed mural. Fluted wall panelling, warm wood, and deep maroon accents run throughout, with bespoke wardrobes and study desks worked into every room. A compact, hard-working modular kitchen and a study corner round out a home designed to live in, not just look at.

The project

Tenali is a ground-up project: we designed the entire standalone home from a completely empty plot, carrying it from architecture all the way through to the final interiors. The building stacks its living levels behind a layered façade of stone cladding, timber screens, and planted terraces — an elevation that balances privacy and openness, giving each floor its own outdoor edge while presenting a calm, contemporary face to the street.
